First of all, this is the best thermos for keeping milk cold all day long! It has been a life saver for outings and if it hadn't been for Josh dropping it at just the right angle (or should I say, wrong angle?), the lid would still click closed...but, since he happened to drop it really hard one day, something happened and now the top will not stay locked shut. WHAT A BUMMER! I bought this thermos on Amazon.com way back when it was full price a couple years ago (around $18.99? YIKES, it was quite a splurge!!!). However, now, thank goodness, Target has this thermos with their gracious price cut at $13.99. Now, that is still pretty expensive for a thermos, but the benefits of this thermos make it well worthwhile: 1. When it's closed, it does not leak (note: since ours is broken, it leaks!); 2. It keeps milk cold all day because it is stainless steel, double wall vacuum insulated; 3. It's BPA free!!
If Josh didn't love milk so much, I probably wouldn't think this was a necessity, but since he loves to drink milk, this is the only thermos that I could find that suits his needs--milk on demand all day, no cooler or ice required!
