(It's a treat! I hardly ever get to go to Boudin, but when I do, I do it right! There's no way I would waste all that yummy sourdough goodness!).

medicine ball workouts

I am going to try to use my old medicine ball to workout. I found some great 
videos on youtube. I didn't know youtube even had workout videos! How cool is that?





This is a great total body workout. I need to incorporate this into my week. 
I'll be lucky if I can squeeze this in once or twice a week...we'll see. 
I need to exercise more! I tried doing 6 medicine ball sets last night just to start out slowly.

Oh my gosh, Seongha Jeong is a Korean prodigy! He plays this song, "Falling Slowly, " so 
well, it's absurd! Brilliant, just brilliant!!!!
